You are meeting a group at Roissy and you have to get everyone to their hotel in Paris. Forty-five people, a flight that may slip by an hour, suitcases, and a street in the centre where a twelve-metre coach does not necessarily fit. This page answers, point by point, the questions the organisers who call us actually ask, with our 2026 figures.
The journey in practice: CDG, then central Paris
Roissy-Charles de Gaulle is 25 km north-east of Paris. Allow 45 minutes to the north and east of the city, 1 h 15 to the Left Bank at busy times. We leave the airport on a margin calculated from the actual landing time, not from the timetable printed on the ticket.
1. Terminal, flight number, origin
Give us the flight number and the terminal: T1, T2A to T2G, T3. Coach pick-up points are not in the same place from one terminal to the next, and a group waiting on the wrong level loses twenty minutes. We state the exact meeting point in the confirmation, with the level and the door.
2. Flight tracking and delays
We track the flight. If the aircraft lands an hour late, the driver arrives an hour later: nothing to report, nothing to renegotiate. Thirty minutes of waiting are included from landing, which covers border control and baggage delivery in most cases. Beyond that, waiting is charged at around 50 € per additional hour.
3. Luggage capacity for 45 passengers
A standard 30 to 53-seat coach carries one hold-size suitcase and one cabin bag per passenger. Forty-five standard suitcases fit without difficulty. What does not fit without telling us in advance: school groups on a ski trip, orchestras, sports teams with equipment. In those cases we move up a vehicle category or attach a luggage trailer. That is decided at the quote stage, not on the terminal forecourt.
4. Meeting your group in arrivals
The driver waits in the terminal arrivals area, after baggage delivery, holding a sign with your group name. You receive his mobile number the day before and he receives yours. If your group scatters around the airport, that number settles it in two minutes.
5. Where a coach can really drop off in Paris
This is what organisers discover too late most often. We check the hotel address before the day itself. When the street is wide enough and stopping is allowed, the coach drops off outside the building. In the Marais, around the Opéra, in the streets of Saint-Germain, that is often impossible: the drop-off is then at the nearest practicable point, two or three minutes on foot, and we tell you at the quote stage. When a coach bay has to be booked with the City of Paris, we file the request. Our vehicles comply with the Greater Paris Low Emission Zone and drive inside Paris itself.
6. Waiting time included, and what is charged beyond
Thirty minutes after landing are included in the price. After that, each additional hour is charged at around 50 €. We do not charge by the minute, and we do not charge waiting time for a delay that flight tracking allowed us to anticipate.
7. What the price covers
The quoted rate includes the driver, fuel, tolls and VAT. Airport parking is included. For a straight CDG → Paris transfer, expect from 250 € for a minibus and from 450 € for a 50-seat coach. For a full day at your disposal, here is our 2026 price list, identical across all our sites:

For 45 passengers the category is the standard 30 – 53-seat coach, from 700 € per day. Above 90 passengers we run convoys of several vehicles, up to 1 000 people.
8. Cancellation terms
They depend on the departure date. A cancellation less than one month before departure incurs a 30 % charge. The details are in our terms and conditions. A flight cancelled by the airline is not treated as a cancellation on your side: we reschedule.
